[Order / Payment] I want to buy with cryptocurrency, what should I do?

Select the product you want to pay from the shopping cart and select 'Bitcoin' or 'TSHP Token' from the [Payment Method] box.

When paying with BTC,
1. Please transfer the payment indicated in BTC from your Bitcoin Wallet to the OlleNature Wallet address.
     -You can easily copy the OlleNature wallet address by pressing the 'Copy Address' button.
     -BTC payment amount can also be easily copied by pressing the 'Copy Amount' button.
2. Once the transfer is confirmed on the Bitcoin network, the order is complete. (Takes about 10 minutes depending on the Bitcoin network situation)
3. Payment completed order can be checked in MY OLLE → ORDER.
► If you send to the wrong address, payment will not be confirmed. Please double check your sending address.
► If the amount of BTC sent is incorrect, please contact us at contact@ollenature.com.

When paying with TSHP tokens,
1. Please transfer the payment indicated in TSHP from your Ethereum Wallet to the OlleNature Wallet address.
     -You can easily copy the OlleNature wallet address by pressing the 'Copy Address' button.
     -TSHP payment amount can also be easily copied by pressing the 'Copy Amount' button.
2. Once the transfer is confirmed on the Ethereum network, the order is complete. (Takes about 1 minutes depending on the Ethereum network situation)
3. Payment completed order can be checked in MY OLLE → ORDER.

[Goods] How should I store the product?

Ollenature skincare products have passed all temperature stability tests.
If it is not constantly exposed to high temperatures, it can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Natural seasonings can be freshly stored for a long time by refrigerated after opening.
[Return] How can I return?

- If you have a simple remorse or changed mind, please request a return authorization to contact@ollenature.com. If you want to return only a part of your purchase, a processing fee of 3,000KRW will be charged for. If you want to return all your purchase, we will refund after deducted 6,000KRW for round shipping charges.

- If the product is defective, please contact us at contact@ollenature.com. We will guide you through the process after identifying the cause.
 
[Cancel / Refund] I want to cancel my order. What can I do?

- Before shipping
In MY OLLE → ORDER, select order number and press the [Cancel Order] button on the bottom left of the page.

- After delivery (including postal rejection)
If you wish to cancel your package during shipment, please contact us at contact@ollenature.com and in the case of a simple remorse, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
 
[OlleChain] How can I check the production / shipment history of the product?

- When checking on the homepage, you can check by pressing the 'View OlleChain history' button on each product introduction page.

- When checking with the QR code of the purchased product, first run the QR code app installed on the smartphone, scan the QR code attached to the product on the smartphone's camera and click the link that appears.

► You can download the QR code app from the Play Store or App Store and install it on your smartphone.
